Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes natural healing in the body. Rei means higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness, and Ki means life energy.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage, also known as Champissage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.

I had the pleasure of Reiki sessions with Clare, a warm and compassionate soul, who clearly has a natural gift for healing. She took time and consideration discussing my areas of concern together with my medical history, which made me feel utterly at ease that she fully understood and that I was genuinely cared for. The setting was welcoming, relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. The feeling in my body during the session was quite remarkable, a warm gentle wave of tingling energy and in particular the area where I was in most discomfort. I hadn’t anticipated the mental and emotional benefit too, my mind feeling still. I left the sessions not only with the pain gone but a general sense of well-being, lighter, stress and tension free. My sleep and anxious state also improved. Clare suggested small, achievable ways on how to improve and nurture my general overall well-being.
